Information About Health Care Premium Rebate Letters
If you receive a letter from United Healthcare, HealthNet, or any other MPI
healthcare provider regarding a rebate of health care premiums, pursuant to the
Affordable Care Act, please note that for plans like MPI, the rebate is an asset
of the Plans that is used for the benefit of the Participants covered by the
Plans. Therefore, MPI Participants do not receive individual rebates. The rebate
will be paid to the Plans and will be used to pay Participant benefits.
